Get Published with All Ways Australia

An outlet to promote your work and earn money

Travel writers and photographers
Calling all travel writers and photographers.

All Ways Australia is currently accepting photos and writing from your (mis)adventures in Australia. If you write either for fun or are seeking a career as a travel writer or photographer you can submit content and have it published at Allwaysaustralia.com

What are we looking for?

We are currently accepting stories with accompanying photographs from your travels through Australia. You can use any of our content as a guide to what we are seeking.

Ideally stories include 5 or more quality photographs to help tell the story. We prefer stories that include little known cities, outback villages and small seaside towns. You can submit stories from big city excursions as long as the theme is unique. Anything about working in unique jobs throughout Australia is also perfect for our audience.

Stories should have a beginning middle and end. They should convey your persona and character. Most importantly, they should be an honest account of your experience in Australia. Average length is 6-10 photos and 500-1000 words.

A few example story ideas include:

The more interesting the topic, the more popular it will become.

Who can submit writing and photography?

Submissions are open to anyone who has traveled through Australia and has an interesting or humorous story to share, whether they traveled on a budget or with deeper pockets. You can be from any country as long as you write in English. Ultimately, we will publish it so long as it doesn't suck.

What do you get in return?

If you're in it for the money,
we also link to your
Zazzle or Flickr Account

Most importantly, you are getting your content published. Getting published is the first step to getting paid for your travel writing. You can use your writings on AWA as an outlet to prospective clients as to your style and abilities or use the opportunity to promote your travel site, blog or photographic work.

To promote your work we let you insert your related blog or website links in the articles which you submit. You also get links to your site(s) in the Author Bio at the bottom of the page, regardless of the content. No html knowledge required. Just provide the content and links, and we'll do the rest.

If you're in it for the money, (and who isn't these days) we link photos to your Zazzle Account so you can make money on merchandise sales. This is a great avenue to sell your travel photographs and get your work into the hands of people who appreciate travel photography. Don't you have a Zazzle account? Click here to sign up for one and start earning from your work.

Other revenue generating links we work with to promote our Authors include Flickr, Cafe Press and Amazon. If you use other websites to sell prints or writing we can work with that as well.

If you become a trusted writer/photographer for All Ways Australia, you have the opportunity to cover tours that are offered by local businesses and independent tour companies. Companies offer this in return for an objective review of their services.

How to submit or for more information:

You've now read the important part. If you have any specific questions, you can contact us at submit@traveldroppings.com. The Team is standing by to read, laugh at, and post your content so grab a coffee and get to typing.

It's a big country, and we can't possibly cover everything without your help.
